We are working closely with eCampus.com to expand options that allow more financial aid to be applied toward course materials. Details on how this will work will be shared ahead of the upcoming term.

Faculty will use the Faculty Administration and Support Tool (FAST), a web-based platform to research, compare, and submit course materials. FAST offers a guided step-by-step workflow, real-time pricing and availability comparisons, access to OER and alternative materials, and the ability to reuse past adoptions. Faculty maintain full academic freedom to choose materials that best fit their curriculum, and support is available through virtual training sessions, online help, and dedicated resources. We are working on setting up the tool, and will share upcoming training sessions in the upcoming months.

eCampus.com provides tools and analytics to help administrators track adoption trends, monitor affordability, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. Administrators have access to dashboards with insights on adoption status, cost savings, historical trends, and student purchasing behavior. The system also integrates with LMS and SIS platforms to streamline course material delivery, enrollment data, and digital access. In addition, FAST includes automated approval workflows with routing, reminders, and audit trails to ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant submissions.

FAST (Faculty Administration and Support Tool) is a centralized, web-based platform that allows faculty and administrators to manage course material adoptions in one place. Key features include:

  • A single, streamlined workflow for submitting and managing adoptions
  • Comparison tools for pricing and material formats
  • A collaborative interface that connects departments and stakeholders
  • Secure access through institutional single sign-on (SSO) for seamless and protected use
